In today's world, there are a lot of new technologies, career paths, and many good companies. Students who are highly passionate about a particular field (for Ex: Software Development) are also confused to choose the company which they wanted to join. So I created a very simple framework to help everyone to be happy at work by choosing the right company and job. If you get a job that you don't like you will not be happy so you will not have an interest and the work will become stressful for you but if you get a job that involves the work you love or the field you are passionate about it will be very interesting for you and you will be happy with no stress.
This Framework is Known as P Cube made by Me to help everyone.
Passion: These are the things that you love to do and what makes you more excited to work with. One thing you should remember is that you need not be a master here but you should be having the skill and interest to master it as you start working.
People: The most important thing the team you are gonna work with and the culture followed in the company you are gonna apply. This is needed although if you have the other 2P’s without a good team you cannot learn or grow in your career.
Package: The Salary (obviously money is needed to survive so included this in).
What you have to do is
- Find Your Passion
- Match it to the Job role
- Start applying to companies
- Achieve your Goal and Be Happy and Be Unique
So the most important thing is you should arrange these 3 P’s in your order of importance and then start looking for jobs. The above is in my order for me passion and people are more important. If you follow this framework you will definitely have a good career and will be a successful person.
